To whom it may concern, Under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §67.901, I request a copy of the current employment contract between Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and head football coach Frank Sheptock, including any amendments, extensions, or addenda that are part of that agreement. If the current contract is not in effect, I ask for the most recent such contract the University holds. Please let me know if any costs are expected to process this request, so I can narrow it or authorize the charge before anything is incurred.
